Please note that most orders placed on our site are considered custom orders and every product's delivery date will differ from one to the next.
You will be contacted within 24 hours via email once your order has been received to advise you on the shipping dates for the items in your order. You can at that point decide if you would like any changes made to the order.
If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:
1. Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
You will receive a full refund for the item(s) and shipping costs for defective, damaged or misshipped items.
2. Return of products for reasons other then listed in 1 above.
You will receive a full refund for the item(s) only and will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.
Personal care items (including earrings and Spanx) - May not be returned, unless defective or misshipped.
Any personalized items may not be returned.
"On Sale" or "Discontinued" items may not be returned.
Bridal wear purchased "off the rack" may not be returned.
Custom ordered bridal wear may not be returned. Bridal wear being wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses or Mother of the Bride/Groom dresses.
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please call us at 905-982-7433.
Returns will not be accepted without a RA number. RA numbers will expire after 10 days, and the item will not be accepted if it is returned after that timeframe. Please include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS or Purolator.
Please be sure to keep your shipping receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
We will call you once we have received and inspected the return to arrange for a refund to you.
